RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case of order cancellation, please request cancellation before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products including Tongs, Pooja Lamps, Pooja Bells, Serving Trays, Dishes & Platters, Bowls, and Jugs.
2. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:

3. Wrong item received
4. Missing item in a combo order
5. Mismatch in size, color, or design (as applicable)
6. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same payment method.
